Payment is due at time of booking. Payment can either be made by a credit card over the phone, online, or via an emailed invoice – this email will contain a link that will take you to a secure platform and you can pay with major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Cancellations received less than 48 hours of scheduled delivery or service will incur full charges. Thank you for your understanding!
My Backyard Tours must be notified immediately of any missing items. If any of the clothing is lost, stolen, damaged or is not returned for any reason, the renter will be liable for replacement costs at fair market retail prices. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear will also be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Clothing returned with heavy odors and/ scents will be at the renters expense to pay additional cleaning services. My Backyard Tours has full discretion assessing damages, the renter is liable for repair or replacement costs.
