Explore the Ingraham Trail: Cameron Falls & the Ramparts Get beyond Yellowknife and experience the beauty of the North on a 4.5-hour guided adventure along the scenic Ingraham Trail. Enjoy scenic drives, easy-to-moderate walks, local stories and history, and an opportunity to experience the land and waterways that surround Yellowknife. What You’ll Experience - A guided drive along the scenic Ingraham Trail - Local history, stories, language, and land-based knowledge - A guided hike to Cameron Falls (approximately 1.2 km / 20 minutes each way), with boardwalks, rocks, staircases, and short steep sections - A shorter, gentler walk to the Ramparts, featuring hardened pathways, boardwalks, and a staircase-bridge leading to a stunning viewpoint - Scenic lookouts and plenty of opportunities for photos - A small-group experience focused on safety, respect, and enjoying the North at a comfortable pace Duration: 4.5 hours Activity Level: Easy to moderate What to Bring: Sturdy hiking shoes, water, weather-appropriate layers, and sun protection. Not Recommended For: Guests with mobility concerns, as some sections of the trail include natural and uneven terrain. Our guides adjust the pace to suit the group and conditions.
