Looking for a special place for your next team meeting or celebration with friends and family? You’ve come to the right place! We have 2 spacious 16x20 wall tents for hosting, and access to an outdoor firepit, walking trails and washroom facilities, this will make those special events in Yellowknife that much more unique. Whether it be a birthday, corporate event/meeting or celebration we have the facility that can adapt to your specific needs. -Maintained ice road with ample parking. -On-Call staff to assist in guest needs and questions. Available: -Two insulated 16 x 20 insulated wall tents -A heated washroom -Outdoor fire pit -Power provided -15-person seating 40 person standing capacity in each tent. -Tables, chairs
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at time of booking. Payment can either be made by a credit card over the phone, online, or via an emailed invoice – this email will contain a link that will take you to a secure platform and you can pay with major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cancellations received less than 48 hours of scheduled delivery or service will incur full charges. Thank you for your understanding!
