Northern Lights at Lac La Martre Adventures Experience the Northern Lights far from the crowds, on a remote lake, and accessible by floatplane from Yellowknife. Join us in September at Lac La Martre Adventures for an intimate 3-night Aurora getaway that blends northern lights viewing, guided fishing, and time to unwind on the land. Available Dates: - September 6–9 - September 9–12 Your Experience From the moment you depart Yellowknife, you’ll experience what you've always dreamed of. A 55-minute floatplane flight brings you to Lac La Martre Adventures, where you’ll settle into a quiet, remote cabin, surrounded by crystal clear waters and cozy amenities. Days are yours to shape—head out on the water with an experienced guide, paddle along the shoreline, walk the island trails, or simply slow down. As night falls, gather by the fire or step outside your cabin to watch the Northern Lights move across the sky. Sample Itinerary We recommend arriving in Yellowknife at least one day prior to departure.
