Winter Clothing Rental Request

Winter clothing rentals are in high demand and requests for over the holidays and in March are being reviewed manually.
We’ll confirm availability and next steps by email within 24–48 hours. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

 

  • If your travel dates are over the Christmas holidays, or you’re traveling during March 2026, or you’re booking within 7 days, please fill out this form.
     

  • Rental period is 11 am to 1 pm the next day.

Insulated Mitts – Built for extreme cold, these mitts are heavily insulated with weatherproof shells and cozy interiors, ensuring full hand protection during any activity.

 

Warm Toque (Beanie) – A thermal-knit toque that traps heat while offering breathable comfort—essential for any Arctic explorer.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at time of booking. Payment can either be made by a credit card over the phone, online, or via an emailed invoice – this email will contain a link that will take you to a secure platform and you can pay with major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cancellations received less than 48 hours of scheduled delivery or service will incur full charges. Thank you for your understanding!

 

My Backyard Tours must be notified immediately of any missing items. If any of the clothing is lost, stolen, damaged or is not returned for any reason, the renter will be liable for replacement costs at fair market retail prices. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear will also be assessed on a case-by-case basis. My Backyard Tours has full discretion on assessed damages and the renter is liable for repair or replacement costs.
